If you are experiencing difficulties connecting to Teraview please review our System Status page.  If there are no system issues posted, check your connection and ensure you can browse to other pages (i.e. www.teranetexpress.ca).

If your connection is open and you cannot access any sites, call your ISP.

Select Internet Connection:

* Users can connect via Proxy Server or may have a Firewall for this type of Internet connection.  For these  types of connections we provide a list of Ports and IP Addresses that need to be allowed outbound access.
